NEFAR VOLUNTEERS
On June 18, volunteers from the Palatka Realtors Council
of Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) painted the home of 87-year-old retired school teacher Elizabeth Raggins in Hastings.
The home, long in need of a fresh coat of paint, was part of Home Depot’s Framing Hope grant project. Mrs. Raggins said:
“I just can’t believe all these kind folks would come out on a Saturday to paint my home. It just warms my heart.”
