West Augustine Parcel – 15 lot parcels for Affordable Single Family Houses

• The West Augustine project consists of 15 lots that will be acquired for $300,000. The plan is to build 15 single family houses approximately 1300 square feet.
• These homes will cost roughly $130,000 to build and will be sold as a land home package for roughly $180,000.

SJHP is seeking funding for $130,000 per home which will be paid back as each home sells.
