Truist North Florida Mortgage Division
SJHP was able to impact yet another homeowner in need through the generosity and volunteer support of the Truist North Florida Mortgage Division.
A true pillar of the community and recently retired after 68 years in lawn care service, Mr. Brown was having a difficult time entering and leaving his home due the steps that created a barrier for him. Truist North Florida Mortgage Division provided volunteers and paid for materials, and eight hours later his ramp was completed!
In addition to Mr. Brown’s ramp, the team sponsored supplies that allowed SJHP to paint the exterior of a newly acquired single-family home that will provide affordable rental housing in the West Augustine community.
These projects were able to be completed through the Truist Lighthouse Community Project and is the first of many collaborative initiatives to come. A meaningful and impactful partnership was formed between SJHP and the North Florida Truist team. A huge community thank you to the Division’s Lead – Tammy Williams, Nikki Terry-Evans – AVP Community Mortgage for North FL, Joey Reynolds – VP Specialized Markets Manager, Jeanett Davis – AVP Producing Sales manager, and the Truist Family volunteers.
